What is in our storage/fields:

Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Winter Squash, Garlic, Onions, Carrots, Parsnips, Popcorn, Purple Top Turnips, Brussel Sprouts, and Beets

Our Winter CSA is a wonderful way to continue to eat locally grown food throughout the entire winter! There is something very special about eating freshly harvested vegetables when it is snowing and icy cold out.

What are the CSA pick-up options?

Pick up day options are:  Friday Noon-5pm and  Saturday 10am-Noon.

Pick up is at our Farm Store in New Hartford.

How the Winter CSA works
 

Trading: We allow you to trade Items in the CSA for other Gresczyk Grown items of equal value. Please note that the items to trade for are limited in the winter. All trades must be completed on your pickup day. Trading is limited to two Items per pick up. 

Missed Pick up days: A skipped pick up day without prior notification is forfeited. The cutoff time for notification is 7am the day of your pick up. If you are unable to reach the farm for your days pick up we are happy to reschedule your pick up to any other day(or week) we are open. Please note in January, February, and March we will only be open on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. 

Snow Days: It being winter, inclement weather is most likely inescapable. If you ever feel uncomfortable driving due to poor road conditions please let us know and we will happily make arrangements for you to come on another day. In the case of a major snow event we will either delay the start of pick up or postpone it until road conditions are safe.

Value: You will receive a minimum of $20 value per pickup of our products. Plus you will receive a handout containing recipes and information about the vegetables/products. 

How to Sign up: We are sold out for this year.

Payment: We would prefer if you wait until the first pick up day to make payment. Full payment is requested on or by the first pick up day.  If you need to make other arrangements, we are always happy to make them for you! Contact brucejr@gresczykfarms.com.

Contact: You will receive an email the night before every pick up day. The email serves as a reminder to pick up and will let you know what to expect in that week's share. Please use brucejr@gresczykfarms.com as our preferred method of contact.  If you ever do not receive the weekly email (they usually go out by 6pm the day before pickup) please email Bruce Jr to help fix the problem.
